Nate Hultgren

Nate Hultgren at Orange House Realty

Nate first got into real estate in 2010 when he acquired and began renting properties. Although Nate enjoyed property rental, he realized that he had developed a desire to work in the larger real estate profession and obtained his agent’s license in 2015.

Nate loves helping others navigate the complexities of real estate transactions. Nate acknowledges that real estate can be both exciting and stressful for buyers and sellers alike, so he likes to unpack your goals and get a clear understanding of what they are to reduce any potential stressors in the real estate process, and then offer consistent and friendly reminders that a successful transaction is not a matter of if but when!

Nate has over 20 years of public service in law enforcement and has been certified by the FBI as a crisis negotiator. He is happy to apply the skills he’s acquired in law enforcement- leveraging clear communication, building rapport, and fighting for the needs of those he represents- so that he can make your home buying, selling, or rental process unfold with finesse!

Nate is incredibly grateful for his loving wife and three children. In his free time, Nate enjoys coaching his kids in baseball, hockey, and golf. Although Nate travels with his family often, he is actively involved in the Bloomington community where he lives and loves all things hockey! He has worked in the penalty box of the Minnesota Wild for over 20 years, and you’re likely to end up at a Wild game or two after working with him.
